The first step is to get to know you, our client, and the property you wish to rent, whether you currently own or are looking to purchase. We learn about your goals, explain to you the ins and outs of the short-term rental market, and do an in-person inspection of your property to take detailed notes. From here, we then provide you a personalized report of how your home measures up to the market and how we expect it to perform. As the owner of the property, you are the director, and we are the advisors. Based on your guidance, your goals, and your personal needs, we then set up your listing, establish the rules for the guests, and take care of the rest of the thousands of details that go into running a successful short-term rental property. Each month, you will receive a statement listing all revenues collected, a detailed itinerary of the related expenses, and a check for the net amount. We pride ourselves on being transparent at every step of the way, so that you are completely informed about the performance of the home. And, since we work on commission, we only make money when you do.
